When you switch from a lower tier Fire Laps premium membership (e.g., Lap Analytics) to a higher tier membership (e.g., the Intelligent Lap Coach), we make sure that you always get what you've already paid for. To do this, we convert any remaining time of your existing membership into the new tier using the current tier prices.

How it works

Let's say that you joined Fire Laps with a Lap Analytics membership, and your free trial ended and your annual membership began on January 1st. If you do not change your membership, your membership would renew on the following January 1st. Let's say that on May 1st, you decide to start an Intelligent Lap Coach membership. Since you still have 8 months remaining in the Lap Analytics membership that you've already paid for, we'll use the current monthly prices of both tiers to give you a months' head start for your Intelligent Lap Coach membership. You will then start being charged for your new Intelligent Lap Coach membership once that time ends.
